Aromatherapy Pillow or Room Spray Blend
Mix the following essential oils into 12 drops of Solubol or Jojoba (Simmondsia chinensis):
· 3 drops Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia)
· 3 drops Roman Chamomile (Chamaemelum nobile)
· 3 drops Ylang Ylang (Cananga odorata)
· 3 drops Sweet Orange (Citrus sinensis)
Add 1oz. of purified water and shake well. Spray one to two times on the pillow or linens before sleep. This blend can also be used as a room spray in the corners of the room.
Speculative results: Promotes natural relaxation and better sleep.
Precautions: Excessive use may cause nausea or headaches. Keep out of reach of children.
